This Waiver Form is to be complete by all parents/guardians who wish to submit their child’s photograph (“Recorded Contribution”) to BBC Worldwide Limited (“BBCW”) for the CBeebies My Pet & Me Campaign, which shall run from 4 September 2017 – 30 September 2017 (the “Campaign”)

I hereby declare that:
1. the Recorded Contribution uploaded and submitted to BBCW for the Campaign is an image of my own child/ren (who are under the age of 7) only; and
2. I have full legal rights to upload and submit the Recorded Contribution.
I understand that on signing this I have agreed:
1. that the Recorded Contribution shall be included in the Campaign and be broadcast with my child’s first name and age;
2. that you do not have to use the Recorded Contribution but if you do, you are entitled to edit the Recorded Contribution;
3. that I have read the Terms & Conditions affixed to this Waiver Form, and that I understand and consent to the terms set out therein
4. that I give all necessary consents for the Recorded Contribution and any other copyright material contributed to be used on the CBeebies channel and CBeebies Asia website, and such other online platform which BBCW may in its sole discretion determine, without liability or acknowledgement to me.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Campaign is open to all parents/guardians aged 18 years or over (or where the age of consent is more than 18 years, then such age in accordance with the laws of that respective territory), resident in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand (“Entrants”).
2. By entering the Campaign, Entrants agree:
a. to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
b. to submit qualifying photos only, as follows:
- the photo shall feature their own child (age 7 and below) only and will not include any other person’s child either in the foreground or background. For the avoidance of doubt, photos of multiple children of the same parents/guardians (e.g. twins or siblings)shall qualify;
- the image of the child in the photo shall not be indecent or exploitative in nature, nor open to obvious misinterpretation or misuse
- the photo shall feature a pet owned by either the parents/guardians and/or relatives and/or friends from whom appropriate permission has been obtained to use such image;
(the “Image”)
c. that the Image and their child’s first name will be featured on the TV Commercial (“TVC”), which will be aired on the CBeebies channel, as well as any made available on the CBeebies Facebook page;
d. BBCW shall in its sole discretion determine whether or not an Image is to be featured, as well as the length of time which the Image is to be featured on the TVC, and/or the CBeebies Facebook page.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Campaign.
4. The Campaign will run from 4 September 2017 – 30 September 2017.During the month of the Campaign (the “Campaign Month”), Images of children with pets shall be broadcast as part of the TVC. Such TVC shall then be accessible from the CBeebies Facebook page.
5. The submission period for Images shall commence from 22nd July 2017 in advance of the first day of the Campaign at 00:00hrs SIN/HK time and close at 23:59hrs SIN/HK time on 13th August 2017 (“Closing Date”). After the Closing Date, BBCW shall select all Images to be featured in the Campaign.
6. Entrants must submit the Image to www.cbeebies.com/album, along with their full name of their child, and date of birth. Entrants must also submit the Waiver Form to which these Terms and Conditions are attached. Images uploaded but not accompanied by a Waiver Form will not be accepted.
7. Entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be collected for the purposes of this Campaign. BBCW will only ever use Entrant’s personal details for the purposes of administering the Campaign, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission. 8. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered and shall be deleted.
9. Any promotional activity or press release the Entrant makes in relation to the Campaign must be pre-approved by BBCW in writing.
10. BBCW excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the Entrant arising from his or her entry into the Campaign.
11. Entry into the Campaign is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
12. BBCW reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Campaign at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
13. The Campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
