The Tungsten Network also provides users with real-time spend analysis through analytics, and offers access to Early Payment, a form of alternative finance for businesses.

Job Purpose:

To internally and externally promote Tungsten Network product roadmap globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch Support– Manage and support the planning and execution of the launch of new products/ features and releases and support the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Help write and execute the GTM strategy and plan by consulting with stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement Support– Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process. Turn value propositions into effective sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, sales sheets, white papers, and more.

Build materials for strategic “one off” requests that can be transferred to better the sales tool kit. Assist in organizing collateral library and implementing functional and efficient internal best practices.

  • Retention and Collections Support – Work closely with Finance team to develop the communications elements needed to continually support and achieve said goals.
  • Market Intelligence– Understand our clients (personas & audience), how they buy and their buying criteria; seek competitive intelligence and understand what that means for Tungsten Network and how to message against it. Monitor industry trends and hot topics.
  • Collaboration – Collaborate with product management and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative Thinking– Bring fresh ideas to the table on how to create and execute programs and materials that foster thought leadership in the industry. Approach tasks with creative flair of “how can I make this better”
  • Messaging Master – Develop and test messaging for both online and offline communications. Understand messaging structure and how to best communicate to the intended audience. Working closely with corporate communications and marketing peers to ensure consistency and brand adherence.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Prior Enterprise technology, platform and/or advertising technology experience
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product and sales teams
  • Strong communication, writing and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • Creative flair with good attention to detail
  • Your name is only as good as the promises you make – attention to deadlines
  • Flexible worker with hands on approach

Essential

  • B2B marketing experience to large corporations

Nice to have (otherwise training will need to happen quickly)

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo automation tools
  • Experience in marketing a technology product to non-technical target

Education:

Degree qualified in related subject
