Working together, we can transform lives and sustain communities. Threshold part of the Stockport prevention alliance are recruiting to:
1 x Keyworker (Stockport TPA) Ref: TH83
Salary £20,990 per annum (Pro Rata) – 22.5 hours per week
1 x Community Connector (Stockport TPA) Ref: TH82
Salary £17,000 per annum – 37.5 hours per week
Both posts are permanent contracts
You will be directly employed by Threshold and will work in partnership with five other Alliance partners to deliver The Prevention Alliance (TPA) service within Stockport.
Members of the Alliance are Age UK Stockport, FLAG, Nacro, Talk Listen Change (TLC), Stockport Homes and Threshold.

We work with people to improve their independence and resilience through a person led approach, offering holistic advice, signposting, and dedicated workers to help people achieve positive change.
We enable people to explore and utilise their strengths to build their confidence. We encourage people to develop their own sustainable network of support, whilst sharing their skills and experience to give something back.
Enthusiastic and dedicated you will have a commitment to work as a positive team memberwithin the Alliance.
You will have ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships. You will work holistically, through a guided conversation you will explore the person’s strengths and networks, and through working with them to develop a personal plan you will encourage them to utilise their strengths to create positive change. You will be able to work independently, and prioritise your own workload.
