10.0TIME PERFORMANCE

The information provided by the Tenderer in response to this Section 10.0 of the Schedule of Contractor’s Details will not form part of the Contract (either express or implied) and without limiting other terms of the Conditions of Tender, will only be used or interpreted in respect to and for the purpose of Council’s evaluation of the Tenderer’s Tender.

11.0TECHNICAL SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT APPROACH

Each Tenderer is to provide with its Tender a statement of its proposed arrangements, procedures and methodologies to be adopted by it in carrying out the Works. In doing so, this statement must demonstrate the following points:

(a)A detailed description of the construction methodology proposed by the Tenderer for the execution of the Works.

(b)How it will identify potential problems that may arise during performance of the Works (communication and management on site, informing Superintendent, documentation etc.).

(c)How it will overcome any such problems. Provide potential solutions to those problems.

(d)Explain how it will communicate and co-ordinate with the Superintendent, the community and Council.

The information provided by the Tenderer in response to this Section 11.0 of the Schedule of Contractor’s Details will not form part of the Contract (either express or implied) and without limiting other terms of the Conditions of Tender, will only be used or interpreted in respect to and for the purpose of Council’s evaluation of the Tenderer’s Tender.
