Continuing Education Summer Program Fee Deposit Instructions
Congratulations on your admission to the International Dentist Program!
The 2017 Continuing Education Summer Program Fee is $75,000 USD in total.
To confirm your acceptance, please submit:
a. Completed Statement of Confirmation Form
b. Continuing Education Summer Program Fee deposit as follows:
Installment 1: $5,000 USD Deposit (due date indicated in your offer letter)
The Continuing Education Summer Program Fee deposit is non-refundable.
The Continuing Education Summer Program Fee Deposit must be received by the due date indicated in your acceptance letter. Payment may be made via the following methods:
Electronic Payment
· We recommend electronic submission of the Continuing Education Summer Program Fee deposit via a credit card or e-check drawn on a U.S. bank, as it is the fastest and most efficient method. Electronic payments may be made on-line at the following website:

Wire Transfer
· You may arrange for a wire transfer to remit the Continuing Education Summer Program Fee Deposit electronically. Please be certain to check with your financial institution regarding the length of time required to process a wire transfer to ensure that your funds are received by the due date indicated in your acceptance offer.
· Please e-mail to get the information you will need to enact a wire transfer.
Check/Money Order (note: personal checks are not accepted)
· If you are unable to remit payment of the Continuing Education Summer Program Fee deposit electronically, you may submit a cashier's check, bank check or money order (personal checks are not accepted) in U.S. dollars only payable to "University at Buffalo".
