By entering this contest, I realize that a Strongman contest of this nature is a dangerous sport where injury, serious injury and/ or death may occur.

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and my assignees, waive and release all rights and damages I may have against Illinois Strongman Association (ILSA), ILSA Record Breakers, One Way Strength, Tony Soucie and Anna Soucie, Scott Rattin, Rattin Health and Fitness, town of St. Anne, Willie Wessels, United States Strongman Inc.,any and all sponsors of the event, their representatives and assigns, for any and all injuries incurred by me in conjunction with thiscontest and any related activities and in traveling to and from the event.And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in this contest and its related events I hereby have taken sole responsibility to make sure my personal insurance will cover these activities.

And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in this contest and its related events, I hereby grant ILSA,One Way Strength, United States Strongman Inc.,and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith. Rules:

Dumbbell Clean and Press

-One attempt, full clean and press for reps, 60 second time limit

-2 ½” handled Circus Bell (Da Beast) for men, 2” handled DB for women.

-Athlete may use both hands to clean the Dumbbell to the shoulder.

-Once to the shoulder the non-lifting hand must not assist in the press.

-Athlete may NOT rest the Dumbbell on the top of the head.

-Athlete may press, push press, or jerk the Dumbbell overhead.

-Good Lift: Dumbbell locked out overhead, feet in-line and under control.

-Once the Dumbbell is locked out and steadied the athlete must hold the lockout and wait for the down signal for it to count before proceeding to the next rep. No Dropping allowed.

-Equipment allowed: Chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee wraps/ sleeves. Belt.

-Equipment NOT allowed: Tacky, lifting hooks, lifting straps, supportive suits of any kind, groove briefs, material tucked in belt to create “shelf”.

Car Deadlift:

-One attempt for reps, 60 second time limit.

-Car Deadlift Frame. Handles approx. 26” apart and 15” high, un-knurled. May use straight bar instead of parallel handles.

-Vehicle or wt plates on a car deadlift frame will be used. If Truck is used, weight for all men will be between 550 to 600.

-Athlete will face away from the vehicle/ frame.

-Athlete must lock out and wait for the down command before proceeding to the next rep.

-Implement MUST touch the ground between reps.

-Equipment allowed: Chalk, Lifting straps, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee wraps/ sleeves, belt.

-Equipment NOT allowed: Tacky, lifting hooks, figure-8 straps, supportive suits of any kind.

Arm over Arm Pull:

-One attempt for fastest time or best distance, 60 second time limit.

-60’ course, slightly up hill. 1” thick manila rope.

-F-150 with possible extra vehicle or weight sled behind vehicle.

-Athlete will start and must stay in the seated position.

-Front bumper of vehicle must cross finish.

-Equipment allowed: Chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee wraps/ sleeves, belt.

-Equipment NOT allowed: Tacky, supportive suits of any kind.

Tire Flip

-One attempt, 10 total flips for men, 4 for women,

-500-pound tire, 60 second time limit.

-Athlete will start with hands on the tire.

-Tire must do a complete flip for it to count.

Atlas Stones

-One attempt, 4 stones,60 second time limit.

-Platform 51” high.

-Athlete starts with hands on platform.

-Stones must be loaded in ascending order. If a stone falls off platform the athlete must reload the stone before proceeding to next heaviest stone.

-Split times will be recorded for each successful stone/ keg.

-Equipment allowed: Tacky, fore arm sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee wraps/ sleeves. Belt.

-Equipment NOT allowed: lifting “bands”, supportive suits of any kind, groove briefs, material tucked in belt to create “shelf”.
