·  Day 3. July 7, Monday. Opening Session & Remarks. Central Issues in the US & Global Economies. US Business, Financial and Economic structure.

·  Day 4. July 8, Tuesday. Human Capital in the Global & United States Economies. Lecture & Cases.

·  Day 5. July 9, Wednesday. Financial Risk Management in Global Market. Presentations in risk management, currency and commodities and how they affect the performance and profitability of global companies. Lecture & Cases.

·  Day 6. July 10, Thursday. Financial and Organization challenges for Strategic Management of Technology Innovation. Lectures & Cases.

·  Day 7. July 11, Friday. Strategic Global Technology & Financial Innovation. Lecture & Cases. Company Visit Alcoa & other.

·  Day 8. July 12, Saturday. Various Excursions. Woodsman Festival, Tupper Lake. Participant option.

·  Day 9. July 13, Sunday. Day off or selection of excursions. 1000 islands.

·  Day 10. July 14, Monday. Six Sigma, TQM, The process that revolutionized many business organizations. Lecture and case studies of the success and failures of the 6 sigma organizational process.

·  Day 11. July 15, Tuesday. Financial Controls. Why these can help or sink a company. Serbian Oxley. Case Study. ENRON. Ethics role in business.

·  Day 12. July 16, Wednesday. Global Health Issues, Pandemics and their Economic Impacts. Lecture & Cases.

·  Day 13. July 17, Thursday. Economic & Political Impact of Genetically engineered food stuffs. Case study. Food crops to energy feeds. Crisis in the food supply chain.

·  Day 14, 15, & 16. July 18, 19, & 20. Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Rochester, NY, Kodak. Saturday & Sunday. Various Excursions, Niagara Falls, Sporting event and Outlet Mall. Return to Campus

·  Day 17. July 21. Monday. Emerging Markets, Supply Chain Management. The World is Flat and competing in a Flat World. Key aspects in the global economy & Finance. Lecture & Cases.

·  Day 18. July 22. Tuesday. Energy. Bio Fuels Global Impact. How energy resources may reshape the world economy.

·  Day 19. July 24. Wednesday. Bio Fuels and Wind Power Global Economic Impact. Virtual Project Management. Company Visit: Hydro Electric, Wind power farm.

·  Day 20. July 25, Thursday. How America Organizes for Entrepreneurship. Small Business Association, Various Economic Development Groups. Company Visit: Corning.

·  Day 21. July 26, Friday. Graduation & Farewell Conference. Depart NYC.

·  Day 22. July 27 & 28. Optional NYC Excursions. Wall Street, Financial District, Apple and Nike.

Additional mini excursions may be available in late afternoon and evening based on participants interests.

Note. The company visits may be subject to further changes and substitutions based on company activities

The cost of the program is $2130 USD and it covers a three week program for the students, which include tuition, lodging, and meals on the campus, transfers, health insurance, except (airfare, visa, Sevis and meals while traveling and normal incidental expenses

The program will start in July 05 and end July 26, 2008
