Consignment Agreement

Consignments:

We accept consignments Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm. Please refer to our flyer for details of how to bring in your consignment.

“No Thank You” items:

If possible we will look through your items while you wait. If you elect to pick up any “No Thank You” items we will call you when we have inspected the consignment. These items must be picked up by the Donate Date on your drop & run form – otherwise They will be donated. We reserve the right to refuse any item, no matter what condition or label.

Pricing:

Pricing is set by Twice As Nice – please discuss with us if you have specific expectations.

Length of Consignment:

Items selected for sale are placed on the floor for approximately 90 days, and the consignor agrees that the items will remain on the floor for the full period. Your Drop and Run form will have the 90-day expiration date for each consignment.

Completion of Consignment:

If you want to pick up any items that did not sell, you must call within 5 days before the expiration date on your Drop and Run form. Items are pulled from the floor by Twice as Nice employees only. We will call or e-mail you when your items are ready. You will be given a date by which the items must be picked up. Otherwise they will become the property of Twice As Nice and either donated to one of our charities or sold off on our discount rail to recover overheads incurred.

Payment:

You receive 40% of the final selling price of your items. Please call us or stop by to learn if your items have sold. We will be happy to tell you over the telephone, or we will look up your account when you come in. Please limit your calls as our staff are very busy working hard to sell your items and due to the number of consignors we have, it is very time-consuming for us to answer your calls on a daily basis. You can use your money for store credit when purchasing items, or you can pick up any money owed to you at any time.

Markdowns:

Twice as Nice does have periodic markdowns and sales.

ACCEPTANCE:

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT.

I also understand that Twice As Nice is NOT responsible for loss or damage of contracted items due to fire, theft, vandalism or natural disaster. I confirm that I am the owner of all the goods placed on consignment and that they are free and clear of liens and any other claims. I also confirm that I am over 18 years of age.
