2.I understand this is an unpaid voluntary position (however all authorised direct expenses will be reimbursed).
3.I will endeavour to engage fully in this work, and volunteer my time to prepare for and attend meetings as required. When unable to attend any particular meeting I will give reasonable advance notice.
4.I am willing to travel to attend meetings in different locations in Britain as mutually agreed.
5.I am willing to be contacted by phone and email to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.
