Ø I / We agree if credit is given, these credit terms shall apply.
Ø All invoices are due and payable 15 days from invoice date.
Ø Accounts in arrears will be placed on hold until the balance has been paid in full.
Ø A service charge will be applied to all outstanding amounts over 15 days. The current rate is set at
2% per month compounded monthly (26.82% per annum) and is subject to change without notice.
Ø If there is a discrepancy on our invoice, please contact our Accounts Department within 7 days for clarification.
Ø Dealer agrees to pay all costs, charges and expenses for all proceedings taken to collect monies due and payable, or to enforce any guarantee or other securities taken by Penta Transport Ltd. All such costs, charges and expenses to be determined and paid on a solicitor and client basis.
In connection with our application for credit I / We hereby consents that Penta Transport Ltd. may conduct a credit investigation and obtain whatever information may be available from a credit reporting agency. Upon acceptance of this application by Penta Transport Ltd., this Agreement becomes a binding contract between the Applicant and Penta Transport Ltd.
