SALTO-YOUTH EuroMed
SALTO-Youth EuroMed, SALTO-Youth EECA and SALTO-Youth SEE in cooperation with the Polish National Agency, French National Agency, Norwegian National Agency, German National Agency, UK National Agency, Dutch National Agency, Italian National Agency and the EU-CoE youth partnership are starting a long term strategy about youth work against violent radicalisation. In this looking framework we are for max 2 facilitators able to facilitate the Conference that will be held at the end of the 2017 process about “Youth work against Violent Radicalisation”.
The prep meeting will be held in Malta from 10/11 May 2017.
The conference will be held in Malta from 27 November 2017 to the 1st December 2017.
Profile / Candidates shall:
· Have a knowledge above mentioned topic and explain in it in the Technical offer;
· Be experienced in cooperation between Programme countries and the Regions;
· Special attention will be paid to the understanding of the concept of non-formal education;
· Have ability to give a theoretical input as well as arrange practical learning sessions;
· Have very good level of both spoken and written English language;
· Be able to draw for their work as a trainer from a variety of formal, informal and non-formal learning experiences.
Tasks / The tasks of the Trainers Team include:
· To be prepared before and actively attend the preparatory meeting;
· Theoretical and practical preparation of the participants prior they arrival to the trainings;
· To facilitate a conference for about 100 participants (creative implementation of the objectives set by organizers. This can include building strong relations in the group and laboratory setting for practicing mentoring in safe conditions);
· To prepare the training's/conference’s report;
· To write up electronically all new methods and tools used during the training onto the Toolbox.
Financial Conditions / The facilitators will be contracted via his or her organisation: a contract will be made between the organisation of the facilitator and SALTO-YOUTH EuroMed Resource Centre for “making available the expert”.
Therefore, each expert has to be backed up by a legal entity (NGO or company he/she belongs to, a company he/she created for a freelance expert) supportive documents to be sent if selected.
The fees will be per working day.
Application & Selection procedure / All candidates must apply by sending:
· A CV which states prior experience within the mentioned above thematic
· Technical offer that will explain the competencies in one or more of the above mentioned thematic (model enclosed)
· A financial offer (BPU) for daily rate per working day including the whole costs for each of the activities in which you are interested in.(model enclosed)
