Start Here If You DON T Have an MTM Application ID and Password

Category Attribute Management System (CAMS) was designed to assist collecting item specific information that will help us in our assortment process. You will receive an automated email from the CAMS Administrative System when your requests have been loaded and ready for you to assign attribute values to your items.

Instructions to access the CAMS tool are below. If you have an MTM ID please start with step #9. If you do not have an MTM ID please start with step #2.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Start here if you DON’T have an MTM Application ID and password:

1. Do you have an H-E-B ID and password for the MTM application?

a. Yes; go to step 9

b. No; continue to step 2

2. From your internet browser, enter the address, https://access.heb.com/amserver/UI/Login

3. Below the Login button, the first question asks, “First time user?” Click the link to register

4. Terms of Service

a. Read

b. Check the “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service” Check box

c. Click Continue

5. The registration page appears

6. Enter the requested information

· IMPORTANT:

o Application Access – Select CAMS – Category Attribute Management System

o The Vendor Number is your AP (Accounts Payable) number. It is NOT a bicep number

7. Continue through the screens as directed and then click the Register button

8. Once you have submitted your CAMS registration, you will receive an e-mail from H-E-B within 48 hours providing your login ID and password, if you don’t send an email to

Start/continue here if/when you have an MTM Application ID and password:

9. Upon receiving your login ID and password

a. From your internet browser, enter the address, https://cams.heb.com

b. Enter your ID and password

c. Click the Login button

d. You should now see the CAMS home page

10. In the Common Documents section, click the CAMS Vendor User’s Guide 2012 link

11. H-E-B will load product information into CAMS

12. You will receive an e-mail advising the information is loaded into CAMS

13. Login into CAMS and complete the attributing information within 2 weeks of receipt of e-mail
