A minimum of 2 business days advanced notice is required for all requests. Requests made with less than 2 business days notice will be charged the normal day permit rate of $5.00 per permit per day.

By submitting this request, I understand I am to inform the end user they must follow the guidelines set by NAU’sParking Services Rules and Regulations. Misinformation exposes your guests to citations and should be avoided at all cost. Please review the following page.

  • Prices are per permit, per day:48 hour notice = $3.00 for personal vehicle, $7 for bus.

Less than 48 hour notice = $5.00 for personal vehicle, $7 for bus.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused permit(s).
  • By submitting this form to Parking Services you acknowledge that you understand that the requested permits are to be utilized for the convenience of guests ONLY to the University. (University employees and students are not considered guests.) Parking Services reserves the right to revoke or deny the issuance of Conference/Department permits, to recall any unused permits, and to inspect the Guest Issuance Log at any time.
  • Permit(s) valid only in area(s) designated on the permit.
  • Permit(s) NOT valid at parking meters or as restricted by posted signs.
  • Permit(s) does not ensure availability of parking spaces, but grants the privilege of parking when space is available.
  • Permit must be placed on passenger side of dash with date display face up, and properly displayed at all times.
  • Permit(s) cannot be altered or changed in any manner by department employee issuing the permit or by the guest. If cited, this will result in a negative experience for your guest and must be avoided at all cost.
  • For department permit(s) fill in the valid date(s) for maximum of (3) consecutive days. Do not issue empty dated permits. If cited, this will result in a negative experience for your guest and must be avoided at all cost.
  • For department permits, enter guest information on the Guest Issuance Log to be retained by the department, but inspected upon request of Parking Services.
  • Government vehicles displaying a government license plate do not require a permit.
  • *Note: Any citation received must be paid or appealed by the person(s) who received the citation, NOT by the department.
