Happy Eid to all of our families who will be celebrating this festival on Monday, we hope you have a wonderful day with your families and friends.
Concept Cup Grand Raffle
On the 23rd September there is a fundraising event at Goals for Gosforth at Newcastle Racecourse. As part of the fundraising we are holding a Grand Raffle with some excellent prizes. All of the monies raised will contribute to purchasing new trampolines for our soon to be built Rebound Therapy. We have attached some raffle tickets that we hope you can help us to sell. There is no obligation to purchase all of the tickets, whatever you can afford would be greatly appreciated. Additional tickets are available from the Admin Team.
Volunteers in School
We would be delighted to hear from any parents/friends who could possibly help support Hydrotherapy, Rebound Therapy, P.E. or Swimming sessions in school. If you have any regular times you could commit to school could you please contact David Palmer or June Ball as soon as possible. We have 170 children in school now so we are desperate for all the additional help and support we can muster!
Friends of Hadrian
We have a busy Friends of Hadrian Committee that meets regularly to plan social events, fund raising opportunities, exciting projects for our children and staff. The next meeting is Tuesday 13th September at 5:00pm. If you are interested in joining our committee please feel free to pop along for a cup of tea/coffee and a chat.
Today we were presented with a brand new 17 seater mini-bus from the Variety Club of Great Britain. This is exactly the kind of project that the Friends help raise funds for and thanks to our partners from the St. James Foundation we have been able to achieve our goal. We are extremely grateful to the Variety Club and our sponsors for their support.
