Marketing Plan for Invention – Due ------

You are going to invent a product that solves a problem. Your product should be something that you can easily explain to an audience in less than 30 seconds so that your audience understands what it is, how it works and what problem it solves. The product should not exist today and shouldn’t be a copycat of an existing product. Please be creative.

You will complete a 450-600 word marketing plan that will communicate the following:

•The name and description of your product

•The target market for your product.

•A detailed marketing strategy (4Ps) for your product using marketing terms related to product, place, price and promotion decisions for the product.

•The motives (rational or emotional) that you’ll be looking to tap into – and explain them within your plan.

You will also include a diagram of the product that clearly explains how it would look and/or function.
