Ale. / The use of differentiated instruction by teachers will be noted during walk- throughs, lesson plans and required training during PD sessions.
Teachers will participate in PLC meetings monthly and be required to submit minutes of these meetings displaying topics related to educational strategies, students and assessment.
Professional development opportunities will be offered to the staff and monitored for teacher involvement and participation.
Support programs such as Rising Stars, andDaytime ESSwill be monitored closely via walk-throughs and student assessment data to determine success.
Think link testing will be used for diagnostic purposes.
After School Enrichment Program will be implemented to ensure acceleration for all at risk students.
Teachers will participate in PD geared to new state standards educational learning targets and standard deconstruction. / Improved student achievement.
Improved teacher instruction and overall improvement in student performance.
Grater collaboration among teachers will lead to improved student achievement and overall improved school culture. These meetings will also allow teachers to name and claim students for improved academic performance.
Professional development will be offered to the faculty that will enhance teaching skills, improve the learning environment and provided techniques to close the gaps among SWD and subpopulations.
Successful implementation of the aforementioned support programs will increase student performance and achievement if properly maintained and evaluated.
