Supply and Delivery Components/Spares for Hasting, Chance and Ritz Telescopic operating link sticks used in the Mpumalanga Operating Unit
Components/Spares need to comply with:
1)Only Original Components/Spares from manufacturer to be used
2)Components need to be ordered and supplied in accordance with the Part numbers as per the Manufacturers catalogue
3)Specifications of separate and assembled units
4)Tests as stipulated in the standards

8)Warranty
All Components/spares that fail during assembly or testing (whichever is Applicable) in this contract that are still under warranty shall be replaced free of charge by the Service provider. Note that the warranty conditions contained in Eskom’s National Contract takes precedence over this contract.
9)Parts List as agreed on between Eskom and the Supplier that will be finalised after identification of the successful Tenderer and the contract being awarded
10)Parts list that may be amended via Procurement Process during the duration of the contract
11)Parts List of Hastings - See Annexure 2
12)Parts List of Chance – See Annexure 3
Parts list of Ritz – To be supplied by Tenderer / Supplier
