Privacy Notice

All personal data submitted to and collected by SSWA is held for the purposesstated at the time of submission or collection and never for any other purpose. SSWA will only hold your data, that has been obtained with your explicit consent, for legitimate contractual, business, legal or medical reasons. SSWA will not sell or rent your details to any third party. SSWA will not share your details with a third party except where specifically authorised to do so on the grounds of your explicit consent and for legitimate contractual, business, legal or medical reasons.

Terms

Right of access: You have the right to access any personal data that SSWA hold about you. You can request access by using a subject access request form.

Right of rectification: You have the right to expect that SSWA will, without delay rectify any data held about you that is (or has become) inaccurate.

Right to erasure: (“The Right to be Forgotten”) If SSWA have your personal data, you have, at any time, the right to request that SSWA delete it.

Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that SSWA not use (process) your data in any circumstances where you have concerns as to its accuracy, or in circumstances where you prefer this option to the erasure of your data, or in cases where SSWA no longer needs to process your data on legitimate contractual, business or medical grounds but is required to do so on legal grounds (e.g. in the case of a legal claim).

Right to notification: You have the right to be notified by SSW when we rectify, erase of restrict the processing of your data.

Right to data portability: You have the right to have your data transmitted to you in a commonly used electronic format (e.g. by e-mail) and the right to share that data with another party without hindrance from SSWA.

Right to security of information: You have the right to expect that SSWAwill hold all personal details in a secure and protected environment, and to know how we are meeting that obligation

Right to know how long your data will be kept for: SSWA keep all personal details for a set length of time determined by the type of data, terms of contract (where applicable) and relevant legislation (where applicable). After this time has expired, SSWA will dispose of the data securely. You have the right to know this information, and to request that your data be erased or restricted earlier in keeping with the Right to erasure and the Right to restrict processing.
