Complete Work Quickly

Complete work quickly.

Do it all by myself.

My teacher gives the students work to complete. When we finish the work, sometimes we have time to take a little break. If the students don’t get the work finished, there is no time for a break. We have to go right to work on the next assignment or get ready for our next class.

When I work quickly, I will have time for a break. I’ll try to remember to work quickly. Here are some ideas to make sure I work quickly:

·  Get right to work when an assignment is given.

·  Keep working until the assignment is finished.

·  Wait until my work is finished to talk to people or to move around the room.

When my teacher gives us an assignment, she wants each of us to work by ourselves. I will try to do my work all by myself. Students can ask teachers and classroom assistants for help when they are having trouble with an assignment. But first, students should always try to do the work all by themselves.

So, there are two things to remember about doing my work at school:

Complete work quickly.

Do it all by myself.
