By rule, TennisLink technology is the exclusive means for player registration for all USTA League Tennis programs. While TennisLink manages player additions effectively in relation to District\local deadlines, it does not have an appropriate mechanism for limiting player registrations consistent with District roster size/replacement rules, or for team captains to secure removal of players who register for their team without their knowledge. For these reasons, USTA Maryland District adopts this Player Deletion Form and requires its use by all local leagues.

Refund Policy:Contact the Maryland District Leagues Administrator regarding District policy governing refund of its league fees. Where a local leagueassesses any additionalcharges (“local fees”), it determines the conditions and extent of the refund owed. In Maryland, local leagues issue 100% of the refundto which a player is entitled, and then the local league is reimbursed by the District for that portion of the refund attributable to District fees. Local leagues determine whether fees are reimbursed immediately following deletion of an eligible player, or at season’s end.TennisLink convenience fees are never reimbursed by the District, nor are refunds of District fees once a player’s name appears on a match scorecard for the team filing the Player Deletion request. In all cases, a completed Player Deletion Form must be filed with the Local League Coordinator before a refund request may be considered.
