- Review of any information referring to cost advantages i.e.acknowledging incorporation or exclusion of any subsidised costs
- Review of any information referring to cost disadvantages e.g. onerous compliance costs
- Review for any evidence of breach of Trade Practices Act principles
- In context of a possible challenge from competitors that ECU pricing is anti-competitive, ensure that the overall representation of costing in determining the price for the activity is transparent, auditable and considered fair and reasonable

- Complete recommendation to forward an ECU Competitive Neutrality Compliance Declaration to Vice Chancellor or Vice President (Corporate Services) for approval
