This contract is with the London office of BAT and is for project management of the Orchestration Layer which is a part of the TPD solution being built to satisfy the EU legal requirements in 2019. Roles and responsibilities include:
· Manage the Orchestration Layer deliverables from Solution Design to Implementation.
· Involvement in Business Requirements gathering, Architectural definition and high level functional design.
· Manage high level and rolling weekly plan including expected deliverables, milestones and resources.

This contract was with the London office of ABP (Associated British Ports) and the role was to assist the company in preparing the business units to successfully transition to the new Target Operating Model and new integrated Information System. Our specific area related to Finance and Procurement and involved the following tasks:
· Organise Solution Fit workshops and playback details of the new solution to the business
· Co-ordinate with Local Implementation Managers and Change Managers when delivering Solution Fit activities e.g. agreeing local process workarounds and DILO scenarios, managing change impacts into the business etc.
· Identify and train super users in the new business and process model going forward.

This contract was with SAP Saudi Arabia working for the Saudi Central Bank who were implementing the SAP Banking solution The role was part of the Explore phase of the project and involved the following tasks:
· Gather information on current As Is architecture and systems.
· Take part in Fit/Gap workshops to define the To Be architecture and integration requirements
· Project manage the integration team including reporting to senior management at SAP and the Central Bank.

This contract was with the London office of ECTP (formerly BTG Pactual) who are a worldwide commodities trading company. They were rolling out a new instance of SAP Finance and the requirement was to integrate the new solution with the existing Trading systems:
· Liaise with key business stakeholders to define the business and functional requirements from an end to end perspective – Trading Systems/SAP/Banking.
· Assist in the mapping of old chart of accounts to new SAP simple finance.
· Assist with legacy data uploads to SAP.

This contract was with the Regional IT team managing the interface elements of the rollout of a Global SAP solution within Western Europe:
· Support the regional architect in the definition of a approach to integrating legacy applications to ECC 6.0.
· Deliver the impact analysis of transitioning existing interfaces from current SAP solutions to ECC 6.0.
· Create and manage the Integration plan, risks, dependencies, issues, inclusive of transition period, while legacy ERP runs in parallel with ECC 6.0.

This contract was with the Integrated Trading and Supply Back Office team looking after design authority and accountability for the Global Back Office programme including SAP processes and Oil Contracts Management:
· Design Authority for changes to the existing SAP back office solution for paper and physical trade settlements and accounting.
· Design Authority for planning of ECC 6.0 and SAP PI upgrade.
· Design Authority for Oil Contracts solution which uses a combination of Thunderhead and Xceptor packages for contract generation, receipt and matching for both paper and product based contracts.

This contract was with the Corporate Finance team to upgrade the European Commercial SAP template to version 4.7 and then implement this template for Commercial markets worldwide (starting with Japan and Australia) and involved the following core activities:
· Overall design of integration architecture topology for links to and from the SAP ERP system.
· Specification, design and configuration of Global and Strategic interfaces between SAP FI, MM, SD, APO and all internal and external systems.
· Design, build and test co-ordinator for Supply Chain interfaces between corporate systems and SAP SD.
