Highlights & Updates
Sales and Account Management Update
It has been a very interesting and eventful introduction to OASIS Group, over the last three months – yes three months. I have tried to visit as many locations as possible, as well as travelled to each of the countries we serveto meet teams and understand how we can better serve our clients. I have tried to, through this time, work to a fairly strict project programme to allow me to asses and understand all areas of the business that come in to contact not only directly with our customers but in aiding the commercial team members to be successful in their roles. While doing this it has also allowed me to look through our product offerings as well as think about things our clients are asking for that we don’t currently offer. More on this later.
As most of you know our new financial year started on November1st and for the commercial teams this means all the dials are set back to Zero – and their task to achieve their yearly targets starts again. This year we are looking for significant movement on what we have achieved over the last few years and have got off to a great start with almost €400k of closed deals already on the board. The UK team have closed several good deals that see them leading the charts, although the Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium are not too far behind. It is shaping up to be an interesting year, and with a couple of potential marquee deals on the tables it’s all to play for.
Through acquisitions, in the short space of time I have been here, we have gainedover 600 new clients to our portfolio so the team and I are in the process of transitioning these over to OASIS and ensuring that the great service delivered by the businesses we have acquired will continue. We then plan to get close to the clients to ensure we understand their future needs, and all of the benefits they can expect to see now being part of theOASIS Group. All of this takes time and manpower to achieve in the allotted timeframes, and over the next months you will see announcements coming out about how we plan to cover all of this. We have two new appointments confirmed for the UK as well as a couple of team members already joined from our latest acquisitions to help us achieve this and continue to grow through our existing client base.
So back to the beginning and new services – through January you will see a new cloud backup solution being publicised through our marketing channels and website to our clients, as well as a restoration services process. Both of these are new products to OASIS Group using new partners who were extremely keen to work in conjunction with us and the clients we support. These partners are leaders in their fields and bring with them significant experience, therefore maximising our potential and further demonstrating our commitment to supplying quality products, services and innovation to the market place. We will be further promoting our services and who we are across the countries we serve in the new year, with opportunities for all to create leads, and be recognised should these leads turn in to sales for the group. I will communicate further on this through the next few weeks.
All it leaves for me now is to wish you all a very happy Christmas and a very prosperous new year.
