Reservation and cancellation conditions of RAI Amsterdam Hotel Services are in conformity with the Uniform Conditions of the Hotel Industry (UVH). Together with your reservation confirmation we will inform you further about these conditions.


Payment method

Clients own account (COA)

To guarantee the reservation your company pays a deposit. All individual guests will pay all their costs upon check-out in the hotel.

After the event we will send a final breakdown. The deposit will be refunded minus any cancellations and/or no-show costs.

Bed and Breakfast (BB)

All rooms will be prepaid based on bed, breakfast and city tax (if applicable). All individual guests will pay their incidentals upon check-out in the hotel. After the event we will send a final breakdown. The prepayments will be settled on this breakdown.
