Volunteers are needed for a Thursday morning - start time around 9.00am. You will help remove tapes from the yellow wallets so that the can be degaused (cleaned) and rewound for re-use.

Tape Copier (BN)B&SH Talking Newspapers (BN) (SH)

A volunteer is required for copying the master tapes for the Talking Newspaper onto approximately 150 tapes and putting them in the pre prepared walletts ready to be sent out to our listerners.

A volunteer is required as a Recording Engineer for the Talking Newspaper. This person will actually record the Newspaper in our studio.

Volunteers would be required to read through the local paper and choose approximately 8 pages of stories, nicely spaced and glued to an A4 sheet, including the headline story and the main sports story of the week.

This is a home based opportunity.

Volunteers are required to meet patients and visitors by going on the wards to get dedications and requests for the evenings programmes. Volunteers are also required to prepare the music from the library for the presenters.
