The Coordinator reports to the Director of Community Development and works daily with four co-workers who organize mobile drives and special activities. The Coordinator also organizes departmental workload with other departments, so assignments come in from numerous sources. What is your experience with such situations and how would you decide how to prioritize your efforts?

Answer the following question in both English and Spanish: We want to reach out to the Spanish language media in KernCountyto begin marketing blood donation to Spanish speaking residents. How would you organize and execute this effort?

The Coordinator will be assigned specific drives and events to manage. One such drive is the B-Town Blues Fest Blood Drive the second weekend in October with World Records. How would you plan to increase participation in the three day blood drive by 20% in 2014?

What experience do you have, if any, with Excel, WordPress, Constant Contact, social media, and website management?

This is a full time hourly position, 8-5, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in scheduling for occasional evening and weekend work is expected. Are you able to work the time and days as described?
