finance a project (Landfill) to cost $9,990,000; Interest Rate bids from banks were due August 7, w/TIB (The Independent Bankers Bank) selected as the Purchaser/Paying Agent w/interest rate at 1.590% (good for up to today only); in reply to if valuations go down—can look to

refinance, lighten up payments, use cash to pay. Example given to the structured short term financing, i.e., in 2-yrs county has paid-off $14M

in principal of Bond Debt Service. After all these steps county today is open to approve the financing or decline. ]
