GAF:Concerning the capacities, we can admit only one team per club and a maximum of 8-10 teams in every Christmas Gym Cup and Christmas Gym Youth Cup.
GAM:2 teams may start per club in Christmas Gym Youth Cup.
Attention:
The final admission will be taken by order of registration and of complete teams.
Starting fees:35.-€ per gymnast (including 1 dinner and 1 lunch – all additional meal +5.-€)

Judges:Each team in WAG has to send 1 judge with licence per 5 gymnasts. (judge license corresponding at least to the level of the gymnasts)
Each team/individuals in MAG has to send 1 judge with licence. (judge license corresponding at least to the level of the gymnasts).
Penalty per missing judge: 250.-€
Bonus for a supplementary judge: 100.-€
Please note that all judges will judge all categories, so it is important that you state their qualifications/brevets very clearly.
Team photo:To present our competition teams in our program magazine, please help us by sending your logo and a team photo in jpg-format to before November 1st 2017.
Training:Podium training in competition hall (in coordination with the responsible in place)
WAG: Friday 08.12.2017 from 16h00 to 19h30
MAG: Saturday 09.12.2017 from 19h00 (after WAG competition) to 21h30
