H.9 The Hall Orchard - paper/dog fouling, hedge clippings left on the ground etc., there is a slight improvement lately.
H.9 Children are overweight, unfit and over protected. Hall Orchard doesn`t encourage competitive sport.

H.13 Do they do evening classes in Barrow, not just men`s keep fit, also w/e?
H.13 evening programme and access to Humphrey Perkins gets less and less.
H.13 Improve HP swimming pool
H.13 Swimming pool should be open to public more often.
