We are now planning our Annual “Comedy Night” fundraiser and our Annual 50/50 “Comedy of Cash” Raffle fundraiser. We will pull the winning 50/50 “Comedy of Cash” raffle tickets at the Comedy Night Show, which will be held on Saturday April 4, 2009
COMEDY NIGHT INFORMATION:
At the Comedy Night Dinner Show, we will serve dinner, beverages (soda, beer & wine), dessert, tea and coffee at 7:00pm with the comedy show starting at 8:15pm. The tickets for the show are $40.00 per person UNTIL MARCH 6, 2009 and $45.00 after March 6, 2009.
If you would like to support the fire company and attend this fun filled evening, please fill out the attached Comedy Night ticket order form. Then please send the ticket order form and your check or money order (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL) payable to the “Sayville Hook & Ladder Company #1” to: Sayville Hook & Ladder Company #1, 107 North Main Street, Sayville, New York 11782 Attn: Comedy Night Fundraiser. After we receive your ticket order, we will send you your Comedy Night Tickets. We are only selling 200 tickets to the show and they will be sold on a first come basis.
If you would like to reserve a table (10 people to a table), you must order at least 8 tickets at one time to reserve your table. If you only have 8 people reserved to your table, we will seat 2 other people at your table to fill it up.
RAFFLE TICKET INFORMATION:
As many of you know, our 2008 raffle ticket fundraiser was a HUGE success and this year we are ONLY selling 400 raffle tickets at $25.00 each and our members have already accounted for more than half of the tickets sold.
If you would like to get in on this quickly selling raffle, please fill out the attached RAFFLE TICKET APPLICATION. Then please send the application and your check or money order (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL) payable to the “Sayville Hook & Ladder Company #1” to: Sayville Hook & Ladder Company #1, 107 North Main Street, Sayville, New York 11782 Attn: Raffle Ticket Fundraiser.
