“Come Out of Her, My People!”

For many centuries since the church went into the dark ages, God has been dealing with his people in mercy and grace. Even though the majority of believers were imprisoned in Babylonian tradition, the Lord still worked among them.
But, as the scriptures say, “at evening time it shall be light” (Zech. 14:7). This truth brings a heavy responsibility upon God’s people. We are now in the “evening time” of the ages; and the call is being sounded by the Voice of the Lord: “Come out of her, my people.” This is referring to Babylon, the confusion of traditional religion (See Rev. Ch. 17 & 18).
The time has come for all true Christians to depart out of the midst of all this confusion. We must only follow Jesus Christ. In II Timothy 2:19, the last part of the verse says, “…let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” The apostle Paul also wrote that “the mystery of iniquity doth already work” (II Thess. 2:7). He was referring to the same thing that the apostle John wrote about in the Book of Revelation, Chapters 17 & 18.
John wrote about the false religious system, called “Mystery Babylon the great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth” (Rev. 17:5). She is made up of all religions and churches which reject the Word of God and listen to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Her members are taught to fear the authority of the system rather than to fear God. They will “add to” and “take from” the Word of God while completely ignoring the warnings against doing this (See Rev. 22:18-19). Their most popular doctrines are those that totally contradict the Bible.
These churches have a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof – “Wherefore, Come out from them and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you” (II Corinth. 6:17).
Even though this warning has been given for many years, it has actually served as a preparation for the days in which we now live. Though many have come out, the vast majority still remain in the spiritual prison houses of religious confusion. But, as the Lord raised up Moses to bring deliverance to the children of Israel from Egyptian bondage, he is now raising up a ministry that will bring spiritual deliverance. This is the final call to God’s children. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. The time of the Lord’s last visitation is now.
The Holy Remnant of true Christians will be purified by the Word of God; and no longer will be defiled with traditions of men and doctrines of devils. For those who will not hear the Voice of the Lord and separate themselves from the false religious systems, there awaits judgment and destruction from the Almighty (See Rev. 1:8). “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the House of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall be the end of them that obey not the gospel of God?” (I Peter 4:17).
“Come out of her, my people,
that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
(Revelation 18:4)
