Format:

This year we will be using Trackwrestling to run our tournament online. We will not have a traditional seeding meeting as we have in the past. Each team will have a window on time to enter your athletes and their records. They will then be seeded into two pools of 6 wrestlers based on the criteria that we have entered with Trackwrestling. The athletes will wrestle all opponent’s in their pool either A or B. At the conclusion of pool wrestling the top two wrestlers from each pool will advance to the championship semi-finals where the number 1 wrestler from pool A will face the number 2 wrestler from pool B and vice versa. The winner of these semi-finals will wrestle for 1st place and the losers will wrestle for 3rd place.

The consolation semifinals will be for the 3rd and 4th place wrestlers from each pool. It will proceed in a similar fashion with 3A wrestling 4B and vice versa. The winners of the consolation semi-finals will wrestle for 5th place and the losers will wrestle for 7th place. Remaining wrestlers will be done at the conclusion of the pool rounds. If the pools are full your wrestlers will be guaranteed five matches and up to seven if they advance out of the pools.
