Dear Resident,

Re: Warwick Low Rise Major Works (scheme number T155)

I am pleased to confirm that we now have approval to start the works under scheme number T155.

The work will be carried out to Atherstone Court, Bourne Terrace, Desborough Close, Oldbury House, Warwick Crescent and Senior Street, and includes:

·  communal internal redecorations including tenanted front entrance doors (all blocks except Warwick Crescent)

·  external repairs and decorations to all previously painted surfaces

·  roof renewals

·  window overhauls

·  concrete and render repairs

·  brickwork repairs (all blocks except Warwick Crescent)

·  asphalt balcony repairs

·  rainwater goods including drainage works

·  block signage repairs and redecorations

·  hard landscaping repairs to paving, bollards, interlink bridges, boundary walls, timber fences, gates, railings

·  fire risk assessment works

·  mechanical and electrical works

The contractor appointed is Lawtech Group Ltd. The contractor will write to all residents to introduce themselves and to confirm the date they will start work on site. The work is planned to take just over a year and we aim to complete all works by August 2018.

Before starting onsite we would like to invite you to a ‘meet the contractor’ session we are holding in relation to the upcoming works.

Why is CityWest Homes organising this event?

The purpose of this session is to provide you with information on what work is involved, how it may affect you and the approximate timescales.

Our project team which includes David Haizelden and Mike Bhamra, project managers, Amoy Ing, Property Services Communications Coordinator, and representatives from the contractor, Lawtech Group Ltd, will be there to answer any questions you may have.

The session is taking place on Monday 04 September 2017, from 6.30pm to 8pm, at the Amberley Club Room, 10 Clearwell Drive, London W9 2JZ. Please find enclosed a copy of the map.

These events have proved to be very successful in the past enabling residents to understand what they need to know about the works to their home.

What can I do if I cannot make this event?

If you are unable to attend but have some questions please do not hesitate to contact us on the details at the front of this letter.
