Regional and State Judge Panels Selected!
Athlete, Coach, Gym of the Year- There will be a Compulsory athlete of the year, Optional Athlete of the Year, Compulsory Coach of the Year, Optional Coach of the year and Gym of the year. The Compulsory awards will be awarded at a Compulsory State Meet and the Optional awards will be awarded at an Optional State Meet.
Tim and Amanda met to go over creating a voting link to send out for Athlete and Coach of the year.
State Meet Items-
1)Tim proposed all state meet information be sent in a standardized document
2)For State all entries MUST be submitted through USAG Sanction
3)$10 late fee per athlete. All payment is due the Wednesday after the last qualifying weekend. All checks must be postmarked that day.
4)Discussed- if a state meet has less than 150 athletes, it can be held in one day. If there are more than 150, 2 days MUST be used.
5)Score cards are to be used at State
6)Proposed to switch Large Team and Small Team Level 4 State. Per discussion, Peak will host Large and Premier will host Small.
7)Website- We need to revisit this item. Send any meet standardization items to Jason Kaplan.
Level 7 Regional Resolution- Quick recap on final settlement for Level 7 Regionals.
Level 8 Regionals- Discussion on location change from Kansas to Texas (TCU Campus). This was sent out by USAG to all Member Clubs.
FUTURE MEETING DATES/LOCATIONS AND TIMES:
November 12, 2015- No Meeting- Cindy will send out Information regarding Coach of the Year
February 16, 2016- Tuesday- 10:00am @Breakfast, location TBD
