Colleges are asked to respond to these alerts by providing details of their consideration of the above issues (in section 3 of the Form 1).

Please can you return a Form 2 covering all programmes, and the Form 1 for any programme or cluster where a possible risk has been identified – either by the College or through the risk alerts above. Please ensure the College response to the risk alerts is included in section 3 of the form 1.

The minutes or notes from the College meeting at which these issues were consideredmust also be provided in conjunction with the Form 1 or 2. This ensures that examples of good practice may be drawn from all programmes, and not just those considered at risk.

Please return your response no later than Tuesday 30 November 2010, to Morag Kitt, Quality Review, Northcote House.
