Lane County set up the entire process in HMIS to best meet those needs in each step of the process; from an outreach provider identifying a potential participant to a housing agency providing rent assistance. This presentation is an overview of Lane County’s use of HMIS throughout the Coordinated Entry process, successes, and lessons learned.

These same individuals are banned from meal sites, emergency shelters, drop in access centers, and public transportation.
