  • 25%-PSH (10% reporting veteran status-50% presenting as VASH eligible)
  • 20% Diversion or other support (non PSH or RRH)
  • 55%-RRH (5% Veterans)
  • Referrals
  • 47 Adults
  • 14 children (active referrals to PSH/RRH)
  • New community resources are coming online (Front Steps CM, ATCIC, Family Eldercare BSS Plus, FE Money Management
  • Comment: Can we report on how many folks through CA that reside at shelter
  • Currently ATCIC is only receiving referrals through Coordinated Assessment-this is the best practice

•How long to attempt contact? 2 weeks or 3 client assessment

•Denials-If client determined ineligible or client declines

•Providers-avg time to house-2-6 weeks from time of engagement (add HMIS field)

Notes:

•Recommendation: guidance for programs on handling “negative” discharged clients and when they may be eligible for the program.

•Staffing meetings if unable to contact; Communicate with CA staff on ineligibility for “banned” clients

•CA appeals committee-include variety of CoC PSH staff

•January HWG-appeals and grievance committee discussion

•Client re-referred another two weeks?

•If client is exited how can they be re-referred

•Not responsive over how long?-2 week periods?

•Need to develop HUD definition for program start date for all CoC funded agencies (and beyond, but required w/HUD funded programs)
