The prices of ads are as follows:
Patron’s Page - $10.00
Business Card Size - $25.00
¼ page (3.5x2)- $50.00
½ page (4.5x4) - $75.00
Full page (5x8) - $100.00
Back Cover/Inside Front Cover/Inside Back Cover - $300.00
· The ads need to be CAMERA READY when they are turned in.
· No changes will be made. If the ad is not acceptable the player will be notified so that they can get a new ad copy.
· The ads will be in black and white.
· No color ads except for back and inside covers.
· All ads need to be turned in to Joyce Fahnestock by January 25th, 2016 at the latest.
They can be mailed to: Club Idaho, PO BOX 525, Eagle, Idaho 83616.
· The ad money will be used towards the player’s dues and travel expenses. The cost of printing the ad will be deducted off of the total and the remaining amount will be applied.
· You can have family members sponsor you in an ad as well as businesses. The money will be applied by March after we have the printing costs for the book. Please continue to make your monthly payments.
When you approach a potential sponsor you could say the following:
Hi, my name is ______. I play for Club Idaho volleyball and I was wondering if you would like to sponsor me by placing an ad in our Player Profile ad book. We have many different size ads that you can choose from. They are: (Tell sizes)
This book will be distributed in Boise, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Reno, Denver, and other areas. It will be taken by each team to tournaments they are playing in and also sent to coaches interested in recruiting our players.
Your ad will be tax deductible for your business as well.
