Class descriptions

Agility: Standard agility class. All equipment may be used.

Jumping: Standard jumping class, jumps, long jump, tyre & weaves may be used.

Steeplechase: Just jumps and tunnels

Helter Skelter: A flowing circular course of jumps and tunnels

Triple A: The A frame will feature 3 times within a steeplechase course

Jump & Touch: Just jumps and contacts. Contact equipment will be used more than once

Power & Speed: Complete all contact equipment successfully to be able to move onto a jumping section

Tunnel Terror: A course of jumps and many tunnels!

Rules & Regulations

  • This show is eligible for anyone who handles at Grade 1-3
  • Open to dogs over 15 months
  • No toys are allowed in the ring unless you wish to run NFC
  • Dogs can run at small, medium, standard or large
  • No squeaky toys around the ring
  • No bitches in season
  • No harsh handling, you will be asked to leave the show
  • You must clear up after dogs, please use bins provided.

Timing will be manual.

Rosettes 1st-3rd for each height.

Running orders will be available on our website a week prior to the show

Venue

This is a working livery yard. Access is through the small gate and straight up the path, no access via the stable yard. Gate MUST be kept shut. There is an indoor area for viewing, please bring your own chair.

Refreshments will be available.

Directions

From A24 exit towards Broadbridge Heath/Billingshurst/Guildford. Follow A264 past Newbridge Nurseries & Lyons Road. Equestrian centre is on your right before the bridge.

Points for tournament

The five shows are run as a tournament. Points will be awarded for places in each class at each show as follows: 1st 10 points, 2nd 9 points, 3rd 8 points and unplaced clears 5 points. Points tables will appear on the website after each show. At the last show trophies will be awarded to the dogs with the most points in each of the four heights.
