2014/15 Trials Application Form

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 10th June 2014 @ 5pm

The application process to trial at the Centre of Excellence for season 2014/15 is now open. Applications are welcome from any player who displays attributes of outstanding ability and would benefit from playing in elite football. To submit your application, please complete the application form and send via email to .

Please note the age groupings for next season are U17, U15, U13, U11 and U9. To play in the age group concerned in season 2014/15, players will need to be under the relevant age on December 31st 2014 and NOT August 31st 2014.

So, for the coming season if you were born:

·  In 1998 & 1999 you will be an U17 q
·  In 2000 & 2001 you will be an U15 q
·  In 2002 & 2003 you will be an U13 q
·  In 2004 2005 you will be an U11 q
·  In 2006 2007 you will be an U9 q / Players are required to attend all 4 dates wherever possible. Please tick the sessions that you will be attending.

U9s only required to attend Saturday sessions

Timings of the sessions

Thursday - U11s and U13s – 5.30pm till 7.00pm U15s and U17s session – 7.30pm till 9pm

Saturday - U9s, U11s and U13s – 9.30am till 11.00am U15s and U17s session – 11.15am till12.45pm

Trials to take place at St Edmund Arrowsmith Centre for Learning, Cumber Lane, Whiston, L35 2XG.

Please bring relevant footwear as sessions will take place either on Astroturf and/or grass.
