If your application is successful, you will receive ONE media pass in advance
Please note the media pass is valid for ONE person only and is not transferable. Media has access to all public places for the duration of the events. There is a media suite with facilities to plug in lap-tops etc.
For the concert, on-stage and back-stage access is only with the permission of the stage manager and / or artist manager / representative in each instance – if requested from the media liaison staff in advance. Media are requested to be guided by rally staff and media liaison personnel at all times.
For TV and photography, we will be guided by the stage manager and / or artist manager / representative in each instance, as there are contractual guidelines with some of the artists regarding photography, filming and interviews.
All interviews granted, TV footage and photographs taken are only for publicity purposes for the Climate Justice Concert / Rally and need to be credited as such,. They may not be used for personal gain or to promote another festival or concert.
Please note that we can endeavour to set up interviews with you if you notify us in advance and that Archbishop Desmond Tutu will not be taking interviews.
