Suggestions for Ordering
HoopMaster should always be sold in kit form. The most common kit sold would have two sizes of fixtures. The 15cm and 12cm fixtures are the most common. When you order a kit, we need to know whatbrand and sizes of fixture you want and also what type of Pocket Guide and size. The “Station & Kit” part number includes a Station, FreeStyle Arm Portable Mounting Base, T-Square, and Video. This part of the kit is the same for every type of machine. To get kit pricing you always have to sell the Station and Kit with at least one Fixture and a Pocket Guide. If you sell the pieces separately they cost much more.
Make sure you know if your customer is using Manufacturers original hoops or after market hoops like Durkee, HoopTech, Allied, or Rainbow hoops. You have to make sure you order the correct fixture for their hoops. An easy way to find out what they are using is by the color of the hoop. Example, Tajima’s are usually Green, Barudan are Blue or White, Etc. The reason we have separate Part numbers is so that you can piece together the type of kit you want. Some customers will order an 18cm Fixture with the single size kit. With this kit you would want to order the 18cm Pocket guide to match the fixture. The most common Kit is a 15cm Kit. The Pocket Guide needs to be ordered to get the special kit price. If we ship orders directly to you, we will normally ship each of these line items separately. This way if you do not sell the kit as ordered you can piece together different kits. If we drop ship directly to your customer we try to pack the whole order in as few boxes as possible.
If you are going to order a lot of one type of kit we can create a special part number for that kit and possibly box it all in one box to simplify your inventory and reduce shipping costs.
