  1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 5:05 pm.
  2. Approve Minutes – The committee approved the minutes for the October 11 meeting as drafted.
  3. Chapter Status Reports (lead for each section to provide an update) –
  4. Buildings and Energy (Nancy and Karin)
  5. Ready for Mariah to do analysis
  6. Placeholder information needs to be verified
  7. Need to do interviews for side bars
  8. Need to do Economic Impacts and Benefits
  9. Transportation

  16. CAP committee members to read document from Karin, how local cities can implement Park agreement, by next meeting and be ready to discuss.

  18. Status of Online and Post Card Survey:
