The noise and numbers are prompting change around the world: Intel put $300minto its‘Diversity in Technology’initiative to train and recruit women and under-represented minorities, hoping to achieve ‘full representation’ by 2020. In New Zealand and Portugal, women earn 50% of science and engineering PhDs, and a global benchmarking studyfound that use of legislative policies to supportSTEM access for all put Brazil top in women’s participation in tech and innovation. There are promising solutions in orbit but how do we connect the dots?
