Clerking Time Schedule
8:00 a.m. Meet with key meet official to solidify responsibilities.
8:15 a.m.Meet with officials, marshals, chute workers, etc.
8:35 a.m. National Anthem Athletes move to starting line area.
Official Declaration of Race
Occurs Five (5) minutes prior to the race is the Official Start Time. All athletes must be clerked by this time. It is the responsibility of each runner to be on the starting line and ready to run at the designated Official Starting Time. Once the runners have been called to the starting line by the starter for final instructions, no further run-outs shall be permitted (NFHS Rule 9-4).

Class 2 Girls and Boys @ 10:45 a.m.
Class 1 Girls and Boys @ 11:15 a.m.
Class 4 Girls and Boys @ 1:00 p.m.

Class 2Girls– 9:00 a.m. (Race #1)
8:40 a.m. Fire first gun (20 minutes prior to race). Runners must be at the Starting Line for Clerking. Clerking begins by games committee and or assigned clerks.
8:50 a.m. Fire second gun (10 minutes prior to race). Marshals begin to clear starting area of all people, except competing runners.

9:00 a.m. Starter begins the Class 2 Girls Race.
Class 1Boys-9:35 a.m. (Race #2)

9:25 a.m. Fire second gun (10 minutes prior to race). Marshals begin to clear starting area of all people, except competing runners.
