Cleaning recommendations for the magnetic/dry-erase board

Only clean the dry-erase surface with non-abrasive materials such as the following:

·  Eraser included with EXPO® Markers

·  Soap and water with a soft cloth

·  Alcohol-based whiteboard cleaners (e.g., Sanford EXPO Whiteboard cleaner)

·  Paper towels (e.g., Bounty® brand)

DO NOT USE the following items on your dry-erase board:

·  Baby wipes

·  Brown paper towels

·  Bristle type erasers/cleaners (e.g., Scotch-Brite® pad)

·  Disinfectants

·  Ammonia-based cleaners

Clean the board regularly with an EXPO-type cleaner to remove the dry-erase marker residue. Replace old erasers, especially when smearing begins to appear.

Do not use permanent markers (e.g., Sharpie®) with your dry-erase board. However, accidental markings can be removed by writing over the area with a dry-erase marker and wiping away immediately.

Heat Resistance: Do not write on the dry-erase surface when temperatures are greater than 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Write only on a cool surface to avoid ink absorption.
