(a)Downloaded printout of Class-X Mark sheet

(b)Photocopy of Aadhar card or Aadhar enrolment number.

(c)Copy of SC/ST certificate and disability certificate ,wherever applicable

(d)Copy of SGFI / KVS National / State / KVS Regional /District Level Certificates, wherever applicable.

(e)Scouts & Guides-Rashtrapati Puruskar Certificate / Rajya Puruskar Certificate with 07 Proficiency Badges / Tritiya Sopan Certificate with 05 Proficiency Badges, wherever applicable.

(f)Participation Certificate in at least 10-days adventure activity, wherever applicable.

(g)Affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate pertaining to Single Girl Child, wherever applicable.
