The Parent Association is proud to host the After Prom Party at Dave & Buster's. Guests will have full access to all of the great games, food and music between the hours of 1:00 am and 4:00 am. Upon your arrival, a buffet will be waiting for you and include late night fare of Crispy Chicken Tenders with Chipotle Honey Sauce, Build Your Own Mini-Burgers, Fresh Baked Pretzel Bites served with Spicy Horseradish Mustard & Honey Mustard, Fresh Veggies with Ranch Dip, Cookies, Brownies, Fountain Sodas, Pink Lemonade, Iced Tea, Hot Tea, Coffee and Water. Later the buffet will offer Breakfast items of Assorted Danish & mini muffins, Bagels with cream cheese, whipped butter & jelly, Scrambled Eggs, Crisp Apple-wood Bacon and Assorted Juices.
We are also providing "Power Cards" to each guest for access to the games at Dave & Buster's. Additionally, the Billiards and Party Bowling areas are open for your use during your visit. Raffles and prize drawingswill be held throughout the night (morning)!
All guests are reminded to bring a comfortable change of clothes for Dave & Busters. If you plan to bowl, you will need a pair of socks to wear with their bowling shoes. There will be a place on the bus to store these.
The Class of 2015 and their guests will be greeted in the reception area inside Dave & Busters. The seniors will check in and pick up their raffle tickets. You can change into comfortable clothing when you arrive. We suggest the men bring their tux bags to hang their tuxes in and women bring a garment bag for their gowns. All formal attire, backpacks, prom favors, etc. will be carefully labeled and stored for them until they depart the After Prom party.
This is a closed event and access will only be granted to those buying John Carroll tickets. This is a chaperoned event as well and guests are required to arrive on the John Carroll bus as well as leave on the John Carroll bus. We will not be able to accommodate those that wish to drive themselves.
