Offer invite for following Civil / MEP work to complete THE WORK before 15 th, May -2018.
- Tress Work above Fire stair case: Canteen block to avoid water fall on Stair and inside Room.Rate to be quoted for Sq. feet rate. Poly Carbonate clear sheet with 2.5 mm thick ness, 16 swg tube of 1”x1” with all around 2”x2” framing , all the 4 side with 2 feet slopping to avoid water splashing inside the stair plat form. (Proposed Design to be submitted along with Offer).

- a. Tile Paving work : - Parking area -Back side of Accommodation.( Milma back side ).+ Side of LINAC / Radiology Block -( Road side). Paving of similar type as done in Hospital ( 8-8.5 mm thick) Black & white Colour with Baby metal , work includes Levelling, Concreting / Plastering the edges ( ½ feet) to a Proper finish, joining the edges with wall in proper, hammering / jamming the Tiles & paving so that vehicle can Move on it .
- b. Rectifying A side (Accommodation) Paving in line with Road work.( Removing the Existing Red Paving and Re- fixing the Paving as in 2 .a . Work Includes providing proper Water Gutter between Road and Paving.

3.Low height Protective wall:1+ 3 Stone Masonry( To avoid land sliding): Around Amphitheatre back stage, Back side of Amphitheatre building, Road Side of Milma / Bamboo, Side of LINAC _ Road side, ( Service Block) , Side of Service Block.Work include using JCB / Pick up Vehicle which will be measured on hourly basis separately (Unit rate to be quoted by contractor / hr.)

- a.2+3 Layer Protective wall: Using stone masonry -All around Big Trees;
- 1+ 1 Layer Protective wall around, Coconut trees inside MVR campus.
- a.2+4 Layer Protective wall: as detailed below.
Work include Removing earth sand required around the Trees , Levelling etc. and Plastering External wall + Top and with 6 inch internal. After the block work natural Sand has to fill inside Trees (Vehicle & JCB will measure on hourly basis. Contractor has to quote unit rate).
Cement & Steel supplied by Client.

- MS Hand Rail around Natural Pond. (Canteen Block.)-
Supply and fixing MS hand rail around natural pond to a height of 1.2 mtr, including MS base plate of 6mm thick with anchoring and concreting with 20x20x20cm on all vertical pole.
Vertical Pole of 2inch, 16 swg, 1.2 mtr. Ht. in every 1.5 mtr,
Horizontal 1”x1”steel tube of 16 Swg, (Top and Bottom) with vertical 3 mm x 1” flat fixed in between at every 25 cm. Work include 2 quote Primer + 2 quote enamel final paint. All welding to be conti. on both side.Cement supplied by Client
Rate to be quoted for running mtr. Approximate length 280 mtr.

8.Supply & construction of concreteSludge collection Tank for STP of size 4 x 2 x.15 mtr(LxBxH)-Cement & Steel supplied by Client. Top of Tank to be 10 cm below the natural ground level covered with 1.2 mm hindalium sheet.
Work includes water drain pit of 1 mtr x 1mtr x1 mtr with block work, plastered external. Top covered with concrete slab.

9. 1 mm.thick,1mtr. Ht. mesh at the side of the foot bath - / road side.
as directed / shown by engineer at site. Mesh to be PVC quoted and vertical pole shall be with 1 1/2x11/2 concreted by 20x20x20 pedestal below earth level ; square tube of 16 swg, at every 2 mtr gap with top connecting between poles using 1x1” sq. tube. Painting to be made with 2 Quote + 2 quote enamel. Approximate length – 200 mtr.

10. Water Proofing: Supply, Installation and applying water proof material including proper Corner Flashing with 3 mm net with 30cm on both side in various places. Contractor has to give minimum 3 year warranty. Rate to be quote for running mtr.
Total Expected Length = 300 mtr.
Work include all necessary tools / ladder etc.
