City Schools Choice Fair 2017

City Schools’ Middle and High School Choice Fair 2017 will be held onSaturday, December 9, 2017 from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM at the Baltimore Convention Center.Please review the information below to ensure that your school plans appropriately for their participation in the Choice Fair. Exhibit Booths

Each exhibitor will receive one 8’ X 10’ booth with high back draping as well as side draping, a 6’ draped table, two side chairs and one-line identification sign. A sample booth display is below for your review. Click here for booth display mock-up.

Exhibit Guidelines

  • Exhibitors may use any suitable table-top or backdrop displays they choose, but these must be provided at vendors’ own cost and expense.
  • Exhibitors should include a multimedia presentation.
  • Exhibitors must confine their display to their booth area and keep aisles and areas around the booth display clear of boxes and materials.
  • Vendors must prepare their exhibit space before the fair opens (Friday, December 8, 2017; 3:00- 7:00 PM) to the public and must remove their materials and displays from their booths quickly after the conclusion of the fair.
  • Please remember to arrive on time and to ensure your booth is staffed during the entire duration of the fair. At least two students should be at your booth during the fair to speak with families and students.
  • The Office of Enrollment, Choice and Transfers will follow up with vendors that are no-shows during set-up on Friday, December 8th. In the event of an emergency that affects an exhibitor’s ability to set up and provide staff, please contact Alisha Sparks at 678.438.4999, City Schools’ consultant.
  • Audiovisual equipment is permitted but must be confined to the vendor’s booth. All audiovisual equipment must be used at a low volume.

Internet and Electrical Access

Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) and electrical power are available for a fee. If you choose to purchase Wi-Fi or electrical power services, orders must be placed directly with the vendors below no later thanFriday, November 10, 2017.

If you elect not to electricity for your booth, please ensure that you bring multiple battery packs for the technology you will be using for your required multimedia presentation.

School and Vendor Set-up – December 8th

Booths must be set-up before the Choice Fair. Set-up will be on Friday, December 8thbetween 3:00 – 7:00 PM. Set-up will end promptly at 7:00 PM. Specific details will be sent closer to the event.
